Lately I have rediscovered how delicious yogurt, fruit, and granola is. I use coconut yogurt because coconut is good for settling your tummy, is tasty,
and it is dairy free. Just make sure you buy gluten free granola and you've got yourself a healthy and highly yummy snack.
Delicious! Also, granola bar + peanut butter + banana = easy and tasty.
ReplyDeleteAnd check out a new bar I have discovered called Larabar. The main ingredient is usually dates and then there are all sorts of other nuts and/or fruits as well depending on the flavor. The ingredient list is fabulously short. Usually between two and five ingredients.
